Winemaking process
Our winemaking starts with hand-picked harvest boxes, with a soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation made by selected yeasts at a controlled temperarure of 16°C

Straw-yellow colour with some greenish reflections, marked minerality, white-fleshed fruits and citrus fruits.
Ageing
In steel casks for 6 months and then storage in bottle
