It’s a wine made only of a selection of Rebo, Merlot and Cabernet grapes worked in Valtenesi, the winemaker lets it be lightly wilted on the vineyard. It is very smooth, full and elegant. It lasts long time and it has its proper identity.

Winemaking process

Our winemaking process starts with hand-picked harvest with boxes, then we take away the grapes stalks with a soft pressing, then a long maceration and alcoholic fermentation made by selected yeasts

Organoleptic analysis

very deep red in colour, enveloping scent with overripe red fruits note, coffee and cacoa

Ageing

In concrete barrels for 18 months, then storage in bottle
