Wine produced mainly from the REBO grape grown by the company in Valtenesi. Intense, velvety wine with considerable depth suited to special occasions.

THE WINEMAKING PROCESS
Grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed with minimum crushing, soaked for a lengthy period and select yeasts are used for the alcoholic fermentation process.

REFINEMENT
In cement barrels for 12 months then rested in bottles.

SENSORY EVALUATION
Very intense ruby colour with an aroma of very ripe red fruit, tobacco and spices.
